Amazing experience!
I booked my A5 in to be looked at after Audi Centre Fortitude Valley said I needed new brakes all around and 7k worth of repairs.

From the beginning, the experience was fantastic. From booking and being offered a loan car to arriving and being offered a coffee, it really is the small things that lead to an amazing experience.

Turned out nothing Audi had found was correct and I was shown video proof. All the car needed was some new front brakes. Cannot highly recommend these guys enough!

They replaced a Landcruiser 200 series motor and 2 new turbos extremely efficiently and kept us up to date with texts and photos of the progress and they did not exceed there quoted price very happy with the service and would recommend them.

My car had a strange noise near the driver side. I contacted them earlier and made a booking a week ago. I received message and provided car issue. Arrive on the day with nice greetings from Ben at counter. He arranged for Alan, a senior technician, to have a road test; he quickly spotted the issue. I also mentioned my broken window switch as well. Within very short time, the noise and the switch issue were fixed in professional manner. I receive great car repair and customer service. I needed a very particular type of tyre for my vehicle. The accelerate team did a lot of research for me and found a suitable tyre after other tyre places had told me I would need to replace the wheel. They may not be the cheapest in town (but let's face it, if you have a European car, everything is more expensive), however you'd rather leave your vehicle with the experts! They also offer a loan car to make getting to work easy and hassle-free while your car is worked on. They even throw in a free coffee at the shop next-door! The team will always call and quote before doing any major work. Can't beat their service!

I’ve been servicing my cars with Accelerate over the last 8 years after a recommendation. I always receive a quality professional service that adjust to my financial situation at the moment.

As a person with not much knowledge of mechanics I am always scared to be fixing things that don’t need repair or being overcharged for problems that could be resolved economically. Through disappointing experiences with other mechanics I appreciate Accelerate and their service because they always understand the economic challenges that I have and adjust to provide the best service with the budget I am able to afford.

Another game changer is that I can work from their facilities while they repair/service my vehicles or have the option of getting a courtesy car.

They are professional and always explain what is required to be complete or wait until the next service.

From the first call I was booked in with a minimal wait time. When I arrived on the cars booking day was look after very well by reception, then introduced to the foreman to go for a drive for expert diagnostic on the issues with the car. Then back to reception with the foreman to talk about issues. A free coffee and a message to confirm go-ahead and price of work being done. Received message for pick-up at time requested. Sorted payment and paperwork for work done and quote given for other work to be completed and booked in for other work to be done.
