Booking Confirmation

I am responsible for the vehicle while it is in my possession or control. This includes responsibility for any damage to the vehicle, damage to other property or injury to a person caused by my use of the vehicle. I acknowledge that insurance coverage may not be available if I breach a condition of this loan agreement. I indemnify you for all damage caused by the vehicle to property and/or person whilst the vehicle is being used or operated in breach of a condition of this loan agreement if your insurance policy does not cover it. I will use the vehicle with reasonable care and diligence. I will comply with all laws and regulations governing the use of motor vehicles. I will be the only person to drive the vehicle. I will not drive the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. I understand that insurance coverage may not be available if I breach this condition, and so I indemnify you for all damage caused by the vehicle to property and person while the vehicle is being operated in breach of this condition. I will return the vehicle in a clean and tidy state. I will ensure nobody smokes in the loan vehicle. I will not sell, lease, pledge, lend or in any way encumber transfer or otherwise dispose of or part with the possession of the loan vehicle or any interest in it. Under General Law, you have a lien over any vehicles or chattels I leave with you regarding any monies I become liable to pay under this agreement and under my servicing or repair agreement with you.The loan vehicle provided to me is for one-day use only unless otherwise agreed to by Accelerate Automotive Pty Ltd.
