If you enter the doors of Accelerate Automotive on Beaudesert Rd, you’ll instantly feel at home. It’s what we love best about our mechanical repairs and personalised car servicing business. The passion behind our small but mighty business. In fact, the overall goal of our company, and why we believe we’ve been so successful to date, is the relationships that we build with our customers. If you ask them, or our team, they’ll tell you we’re a family. It’s been that way since 2007 when Accelerate Automotive started.
Alan and Carl, two good mates, thought they could offer their customers something better than dealerships. Something personalised. The very first day they opened their doors, they only had two customers. But word spread. Since that opening day in 2007, well, we’ve been booked out ever since. We think it’s because we have the best customers in the world. And also, because we’re dedicated to making their personalised car servicing experience the highest quality possible. Here’s how:
We don’t cost an arm and a leg (or a door and tyre)!
One of the things that prompted our founders Alan and Carl to start Accelerate Automotive, was the fact that they could see that people were sometimes paying too much at dealerships. They wanted to give customers the service that they required, with a high quality of work, without them having to spend exorbitant amounts of money. It’s why one of our values is to always offer affordable car servicing.
We treat our customers like family
We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again. Our customers are our family. In fact, before our founder Alan ever speaks to a new client, he’ll ask himself, ‘what would I like to be treated like?’ We listen to our customers and we make sure their personalised car servicing experience with us is always a good one. We give them the best car advice possible and give them confidence in our guidance with our knowledge and expertise. At the end of the day, we want our customers to walk away knowing that they can trust us. We care about them as an individual, not just a number.

Accelerate Automotive are specialists in service and maintenance of your beloved European vehicle. We are well known for our high level of experience and service with Mercedes Benz and BMW vehicles, but service all makes and models.

So, what’s the magic number? Well, most car manufacturers suggest every six months to a year or every 10,000kms, whichever comes first. But keep in mind, this is just for an average vehicle. Cars that perform more heavy duty tasks are advised to have more frequent services. Plus, if you drive an older car, it might be worth booking in a little earlier and keeping a close eye on your odometer. Good mechanical repairers should look at your car and individually diagnose it (just like if it were a person going to the doctor - everyone’s different!).
