  • Front control arm bushings wear is a common issue most Mercedes-Benz models through age and wear and tear. These bushings are essential components of the suspension system, and when they wear out, it can lead to various handling and ride quality problems. When front control arm bushings wear out, you may experience symptoms such as increased road noise, vibration, poor handling, and uneven tire wear.
  • Air Suspension Compressor Failure causing the suspension to lose air pressure and result in a sagging ride height. This issue can occur in various models, including the Mercedes-Benz S-Class (W220, W221, W222), E-Class (W211, W212), CLS-Class (W219, W218), and GL-Class (X164, X166).
  • Air Springs or Airbag can develop leaks or tears, leading to a loss of air pressure and uneven ride height. Models like the Mercedes-Benz ML-Class (W164, W166), GL-Class (X164, X166), and R-Class (W251) have experienced issues with air springs.
  • Air Struts/Shock Absorbers Wear/Leak causing a degraded ride quality. This problem can affect various models, including the Mercedes-Benz S-Class (W220, W221), CLS-Class (W219, W218), and E-Class (W211, W212).
  • Valve blocks and solenoids control air distribution in the suspension system and can malfunction, leading to various suspension-related issues. These components can be found in Mercedes-Benz models with air suspension.
  • Air Suspension Control Module can fail or develop electronic issues, leading to suspension malfunctions. This issue can occur in various models, including the Mercedes-Benz S-Class, E-Class, and CLS-Class.
  • SBC (Sensotronic Brake Control) pump brake failure can manifest as a red brake warning light on the instrument cluster, a message indicating "Brake Visit Workshop," or issues with the brake pedal feel and braking performance. We have seen this fault is most commonly seen in the following models:
